Kennen ult invisible on ARAM for a few patches now

For quite a while now, the Kennen ult has been invisible for me on ARAM. I don't know the patch version since you meeting Kennen on ARAM is RNG but I'd say 5-7 patches ago it started. I've not played Kennen on ARAM myself since then, so far it's only the ult of other players, only on my team if I recall correctly.

I can hear Kennen yell, I see the lightnings come down, but I can't see his circular AoE indicator at all.
