Runebook is corrupted, cannot change or even select pages

'Failed to save runebook due to corrupted runebook'

I read somewhere that they got it fixed by using a live chat service in the support section, but we don't have that option in OCE it seems:(

Can anybody please help? Its been like this for around 2 weeks now and no reply to my ticket or bug reports..
