[Gameplay] Malzahar Casting bug

Hi Riot team,

I played a Malzahar match just now and every time i cast my q or my e, a large area of the screen would get a rather annoying blue overlay over it. It was a jagged polygonal shape and was translucent enough to see slightly through, and only lasted a few seconds. I normally play the game in colorblind mode, just out of personal preference, but even when I switched it off the blue flashes persisted. Once or twice they also accompanied a rather large lag spike. Can you try to fix it? I don't play Malzahar that often but it was really annoying and cost me a couple of deaths.
