Nocturne fear gives fear-ee insane movespeed

I just played as talon vs. nocturne.

I built swifty boots, black cleaver, ghost blade, deaths dance.

When I would get feared by nocturne, talon would suddenly a massive movespeed bonus equivalent to homeguards (or more) causing me to involuntarily run where ever the fear rng took me. Luckily it never ran me into enemy towers, but it made it impossible for me to kill nocturne. I would like an lp refund once you confirm this bug pls!
