MatchMaking System Broke?

So Im Swatdee/Silver 3 and im playing with Unranked People ? And the game doesn't want us to rage or be rude to others but they are the one putting us with brand new players. It is not like my AVG KDA is 0/5. I have over 100 games with kat and a decent KDA. Really ? This game is supposed to be competitive but this is what causes flaming . and people to get banned. needless to say Their Noobness Showed as well, not at my MMR at all : http://imgur.com/n5svLjI
