[Odyssey] Bug with Final Boss

If, for some stupid reason, you manage to kill Kayn (happened on killing second form on Cadet difficulty, untested with others) just as he kills all of your crew members, the person to kill him gets a kill in their KDA.

Just a minor bug, but still kinda funny.

Oh, and trying to view the match in question and skip through it using the bar at the bottom causes it to close the replay and open the bug report screen. This seems to happen with other Odyssey: Extraction replays as well.

And, slightly unrelated, but if multiple teammates begin try to revive a downed teammate at once, all of them beyond the first can finish the channel but waste their revive charge as the downed teammate is already alive again.
