sivir spell shield
i just played a match with sivir and if an ability is used on you when u have banshees and the spell shield it consumes both. is that how its supposed to be or is it a bug?

If you have Banshees on, don't use your E or it will consume both because they're both coded to block it.
Do you still get the mana refunded or whatever the effect she gets?
It should, yeah. If not, then it's a bug.
