[Gameplay} Diana's attack speed bug

I noticed since the patch that occasionally Diana would just slow down attacking. I figured it out in my last 2 games what was causing it. For some reason when she is attacking mobs if you pop either a heal pot or a mana pot it will slow her attack speed down significantly. Just thought I should bring this to your attention.
