[GAMEPLAY] Sivir's E (spell Sheild) is Broke

So I was laning with my duo in a ranked game for my placements. We're were playing some Sivir Naut, Totally not because of the new skins coming out or anything :P. We were matched up against a Ez and janna. The laning was intense and prolonged and I just survived a gank due to great map awareness and warding on her part. I needed a few more bits of gold to get a bf sword but I was out of mana. So I baited outta Ezreal Q and put up my shield, it popped and Sivir did the voice thing and I gained mana ... and also gave first blood. And just to test it I let myself get hit over and over and yes very confirmed and i did test in it a custom game

How to repeat just q a sivir as ez

TL;DR Sivir's E isn't blocking Ez's Q damage but still gaining mana here is the video I made of it

I am the duo, and I can confirm this. It's unfortunately a lot of damage, and it makes a huge difference in game :c

They just reworked something that was mitigating damage with her spell shield, so it probably has something to do with that. As Ezreal's Q applies effects as if it were a basic attack, maybe its getting confused there?

Spell shield will block the damage from Q, but if he has any on hit affects, it wont block that. Also if he q, arcane shifts, that will deal damage also.

You probably were being killed by on hit affects, than his actual q. You should of looked at your screen to see what skills did the damage to you upon your death.
