FPS CAP DOES NOT WORK ON MAC THX
The frame rate cap doesn't work on mac... i set it to 30 because it goes up and down all the time but it sits at 60-65 even tho its set at 30 :c.

I think I remember an issue where vsync overrides the framerate cap. Have you tried it with vsync off?
