lobby bug: summoner spells cant be changed in lobby

i have had this happen three times now and each time its been in a ranked lobby where i cant switch summoner spells wasnt to bad since they were already the ones i needed for mid but third time i was forced to go jungle due to being autofilled into it and i could not swap out into smite and i was forced to dodge if im going to be forced into a role then at least let me choose the tools i need to be able to play if not then dont even force autofill which is permanently on
