My champion can't move

So everytime I play viktor or leblanc I wouldn't be able to move whenever I use their ultimates. I would use viktors ult and my champion would stop moving and I can't move until the ult duration is done. Also happens when I use leblanc's ult. I don't know why this happens cause it doesn't happen when I play other champions and use their ultimates. I need help, cause viktor and leblanc are one of my mains and I can't play them at the moment because of this bug.

I've got the same problem especially with Viktor: when ulting, the champ stops and the ulti moves both pressing r or right clicking so you can not change position of yourself until the end of the ulti. How to fix this?
