Serious Glitch/Bug

There's a serious glitch or bug in the game that needs to be addressed. For months now, I'll play games and for whatever reason, when I enter a game, my hotkeys will not work. P won't open shop. Q, W, E, and R will not cast spells. They don't even pull up the manual aim, they literally don't work. It's completely random. It can happen every game in one day, or once a week, or just out of nowhere. It's frustrating because it's not always fixed by reconnecting. It took me 6 reconnects, including a relog after disconnecting from the game to fix the issue, and because of that, I ended up getting demoted. It's not my keyboard, and it's not my computer as it's happened on other computers I've played League on. Please address this issue riot, it breaks games.
