Match History still bugged

Basically, for the past two months or so I've never been able to see a match history. Tried multiple computers, multiple browsers, all experiencing the exact same issue and error. I'm in GA and my friends in TN can view the link without a problem.

As a sysadmin, I can only assume that the web servers are being loadbalanced via NLB and one of the servers doesn't have the updated twig.js file while the others do and we are being routed based on proximity to the affected server.

Obviously, I'm only throwing out assumptions. It's clearly not a cache/cookie/browser issue as the impact is across multiple devices, even my mobile phone is unavailable to view.

I've seen the bug reported numerous times in the past - Please Riot, acknowledge and address.
