Bug in champion select?

I just queued for champion select and I was last pick for red side. I don't remember all the picks however the enemy team had ryze and draven selected. Their timer ran out and it was "my turn". However I couldn't select any champions and in my panic, I noticed Draven switched to Jinx. So I thought it was bugged and gave them double time because it still said "summoner 4 and summoner 5 picking" or whatever at the top. Then their second timer ran out, and I got kicked from queue for "dodging" and pretty sure I lost a game in my promotions... Has this happened to anyone else?! What should I do?!?! Rito plz?!?!?!
