Skin unlocked, but not really?

Skin boost, you pay a little bit of rp like 95 I think to give your whole team random free temporary skins for the champ and an additional ip boost for the game or was it 5 idk.

I understand the message is as a result of a skin boost, but a no one received a skin or post-game IP. so either like you said skin boosts aren't properly working or the client bugged and displayed the message for no reason.
