Game breaking (for my settings) bug since newest patch!

On all of my champs, I can no longer cancel skillshots with the move command. So if I click on Morg Q to line up a shot, for example, I lose the ability to move unless I cast the Q, or cast one of my other abilities. What this means is I can no longer line up shots and if I do line up shots I have to commit or just use an ability to move again, which ruins my ability to use most champions effectively.

I use a trackpad instead of a mouse and have been using 'X' to move/cancel abilities for about 3 years now without a problem, until this latest patch. Please help rito.
