BUG In Summoner Rift , An Item Is Not There Anymore !!!

Hi people ! i need some help , Executioner's Calling dont seems to appear in the summoner rift at the shop . but apparently are in all other mode. why can't we buy it anymore ? the item set in my profile don't have any notice that this item is not in the summoner rift . thanks for answer or fixing !

It was removed for next season along with some other items that Riot didn't like.

Not a bug. This was intentional. You can go read patch notes if you want to know why, but it certainly isn't a mistake.
