Survey

I've already gone through the survey, but for some stupid reason, it's constantly asking me to complete another one, despite it being the same survey. So i decided to do the survey, but i guess the 9.14 patch bugs passed onto the survey too. I can't complete it, i'm stuck at game balance and it's not letting me answer the first question about champions being op at release. I genuinely don't understand how you can fuck up so bad that even your survey has bugs...
