Right Click bug

So from what I've tried to look up, this isn't a common bug but it's still a bug regardless. When I played League a while ago and when I was just right clicking around at the start moving to my lane, this menu just pops and it prevents me from doing anything. It currently when it pops up prevents me from typing in chat, pinging literally anything and sometimes does not let me click anything in the game. I was told to disable Discord or Curse overlays but the menu still pops up.

I would love this to be fixed soon or at least be told how to get rid of this.
