[GAMEPLAY] Targeted knockup will be missed if your opponent dashes away

At first I thought it was that specific scenario's 'feature' but then it happened again. And again. And again. Way too many times honestly to let it go and not report the case properly. So what am I talking about?

When you use a targeted CC (tested with knockup/knockback) command on a summoner who dashes away after your spell was cast neither the damage nor the effect will go off on him.

I've done this with Nautilus' Depth Charge and Ezreal's Arcane Shift, but i have to say Alistar's Pulverize + Headbutt combo on an enemy Vayne's Tumble will lead you to the same conclusion as well. In both cases the spells have travel time and they're only depend on your reflexes whether you can dash to a better location or let them detonate. With Naut he simply shifted away leaving me to wonder where did my ult go but with Ali I ended up the same place she was before without any reliable spell to cast...

In the previous seasons I could perform the exact same trick with Warwick's Infinite Duress but I'm unaware of this statement now. However if this bug is still in the game all I can say that it's pretty funny how you lock down yourself slashing the air like a maniac while your target is able to move freely around you with a 'yo keep up the good work' look on its face.

Headbutt is targeted, but Pulverize isn't. An enemy can shift/move away from the originally targeted location with a skill or flash, causing the Alistar to look really foolish.

As for the Nautilus one - it's possible that the ult hit him after he shifted away. Without some form of video showing the issue, there's really no way for anyone to be able to say definitively.
