I have the world pass. 4 games in a row, I've only received partial world tokens. i.e. I win a game and get an S, I only get 7 tokens. Supposed to get 10. I win a game and get an A, I only get 3 token. Supposed to get 5.
Same here. I've been having tokens randomly not been credited to me for the past two days(on both Treeline and Summoner's Rift) to the point I've counted I've bled at least 20 token I should have gotten but wasn't given from games.
I have the same issue, im not getting tokens for the games on twisted treeline!
Same here , just won with S rank but only got 6 tokens .....can anyone contact a Rioter to report this bug ?

yep S on aram and got only 3 instead of 10 or 3 + 7 for S
