Project Yasuo Bug?

Hey guys just was wondering if anyone had noticed that project yasuo has a bug.... i dont know why but when i play him with that skin i always seem to get FPS drop i go from 120 to lik 70 fps.... but when i play with out or if anyone else is playing him it doesnt happen... it seems like its only that skin.... none of the other champions i have cause me to have FPS Drop.....if anyone knows anything or experienced this let me know so i know im not the only one...
