2 Azir bugs need attention

Two games of mine I have played and I had some weird in game bugs/glitches

1. I was playing on the blue team and I placed my passive at the red side tier two middle lane tower and they had an open inhib in the middle lane. I went to attack the open inhib and didn't do any damage to the inhib.

2. along with passive, I was playing on blue team and placed the passive on the red sides first middle lane tower, and comes in to gank. I was standing in between the tower and the wall of the red's blue side jungle and my tower did not target him when auto attacked me and used his E. He was defiantly under my passives tower and walked away without taking and damage from my passives tower.
