League Client Is Laggy AF

So like... why does the client get so laggy? Sometimes I can't even see my masteries because it takes so long for them to load up. Someone will offer a swap and it'll take like ten seconds for it to go through. If I click reroll in URF or ARAM I don't get to see what I get sometimes lol. Any chance of... improving the client?
