Not gaining elo
I've won 3 games today, should be in promos to s1, but im still the same lp for some reason. I even tried restarting my client to see if it would fix itself... Its hard enough to climb out of this.

Hey there,
I understand it's a task to climb the ladder and not receiving LP can be painful however, could you double check to ensure that you didn't receive LP for these matches? Compare your wins to your losses to see how it adds up and keep in mind, your match history wouldn't display any queue dodges which could be a reason you're not in promos.
