Unplayable bug with CenturyLink internet

Recently league of legends has had a problem for me where randomly I have 150-600 ping where I normally only have 45, a steady 45. my normal ping will sometimes come back after I close the client and restart my game a few times, but there have been times where I have been unable to play the game the way I would like to because of this. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. I have talked to both CenturyLink and they state it is not their doing, as well as talked with riot extensively and they say that it isn't their doing either. Riot support has asked for tests for multiple things and every time they say its a CenturyLink server. When I brought it up with Centurylink server they just say that they don't have a server there or if there is one it isn't theirs.

I have had this problem off and on for about 2 months. I have put too much effort into this and it needed to be brought up.

It's not Riot's end. I also have the misfortune of having ShituryLink. They're a company that's only a step above Comcast in morals, while somehow providing shittier service.

They're shit, and they're ripping you off. Tried to scam us, too. Unfortunately, the only option is to get an ISP that isn't a pile of shit.
