Remake not procing

Game EUW , summoner name - Bladesofmight, Date of Game - 01/06/2017

I entered a game, our Mid laner failed to connect she didn't show up in loading screen at all and never left the base, however there was no message saying ''a summoner has disconnected'' but was standing in the middle of the fountain like a DC normally does, so we all assumed she didn't connect

Only until 1:50 into the game did the message ''a summoner has disconnected'' show up on the screen. So naturally we all aggreed 3 mins we'll remake.

No body had died pre 3 mins, first blood was grabbed by myself on red side after 3 mins because we couldn't remake the game, Now enemy / ally team have had first blood pre 3 mins before and has never stopped me from ever remaking a game, this time it never proced, so i lost 18 LP and played 4v5 because of that ...
