Launcher Help Please!!!!!

Ok im sorry but this is getting really old, my launcher keeps lagging out and it have to close it. Now, that also means that i leave the champ select and THREE TIMES in a row this has happened to me in ranked, im in a champ select and the launcher lags out and i loose my LP. As you can see in the picture its getting so bad i cant even climb ELO. Riot please help me fix this problem ASAP!!!!!
