Will not log on....
it takes a long time to get authenticated then forever to log on. 1 out of 10 times when i do log on, i can't open store, chat, and 10 mins to q for a bot game

Same here, can't queue at all.
I can Q once I get in, but as the OP says it takes me nearly 10 tries EVERY time I want to play a game to log in. Most of the time it gets stuck at "Logging In" and just sits there.
Riot NEEDS to admit they created a bug, and fix it.
