Devs please help. Players has anyone else seen this message ?

So, I got this message after trying to update that tells me to contact player support. Is that done here or do I need to actually open a ticket?

If I need to open a ticket, excuse my ignorance please but where do I do that?*Edit Never mind this question. I see the support link at the bottom of this page.

Or for any players reading this, if you saw this message and figured out how to get around it.... Please share.

I should add (in case it's helpful) due to last weeks bug of the client not launching, I renamed my folder "Riot Client > Renamed"... This allowed the client to actually launch for me when it wasn't able to.

I went back there now and I see there is a NEW folder named "Riot Client" and also the folder "Renamed".

Could this be the issue?

Update Downloaded hextec repair tool. Ran it... Now I get this message when trying to launch the game, even though repair tool says all files are ok.
