Loading Screen Problem - Splash Arts

I'm having this problem after Patch 5.22 is updated.I had already sent a ticket to Riot . And this is what my problem looks like http://imgur.com/yKOJ8kZ .

1.I've tried to update my Graphics Drivers and it says its up to date http://imgur.com/DmVYq6j 2.I've tried to contact Riot and even sent a ticket 3.I've tried to Re-download League

I need a favour, i need you guys to help me to solve this problem since I'm waiting for 'Their=Riot' feedback.I think its better to solve this problem if more people help me on this. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
