Playing in slow motion..

I just installed game and when i got in ping was okay around 40. When i moved from fountain it felt like im playing with 200+ ms for some reason, i was moving very slow like 200 movement speed and with stuttering steps, teammates too, idk why. Wonder if im just experiencing this. I cant play it now ffs

I just played with someone who was experiencing some lag, but there is usually lag for certain people. My problem is that my fps keeps on dropping for some reason, it only started being this bad after the update, but it might just be my computer
