Movement issues.

When ever I am playing my champ is not always responding to my instructions. When I try and attack move sometimes It doesn't respond to me clicking off the target when trying to kite jungle creeps. Also sometimes I can not disengage targets. When i try and click to run away from a target my champ will continue to chase and most time causes me to unintentionally suicide. It has been frustrating and I have limited my play due to this issue. I mostly play ww, but have noticed on other champs as well if this helps.
