[GAMEPLAY] Twisted Fate Stacked Deck animation persisting and doubled

This happened to me while I was playing a game with him this morning. The stacked deck animation would persist, even when he didn't have it available. When it WAS available, the animation would be doubled, as you can see in this image. In addition, as you can also see from the image, there was no tooltip on the HUD at any point to indicate how many charges Stacked Deck had or if it was available.

I do not recall what I was doing when it actually happened. As you can probably imagine though, it made playing him significantly more difficult. I do not know if I could reproduce it. It may just be a one-off thing, but I figured it was worth sharing.
