Mordekaiser Issues

Playing Mordekaiser in ARAM the other day and I noticed he was way bugged. Mainly his W. The shield only got put on the closest ally, and doesn't let you select the target ally to put it on. I wanted to put it on some allies who were diving into their team with me, but it kept going to who was the closest at the time. Also (and I don't remember anyone saying anything about it) the extra experience portion of his W was just not there. Did they change that for ARAM or is this one a bug too? Either way the targeting of the shield is bugged and needs to be fixed.
