SION' Q and ULlT Bugged out please tell me im not crazy

So i just recently played a ranked match as sion jungle. About i want to say around 7-10 minute mark I was attempting to gank bot lane and fought with vi who knocked me up and killed me. After i spawned i went to take red buff and gank again only to find out My Q was not responding. then as i tried to go down bot lane just to push the enemy bot out of lane with my Ulit that also didn't work. i personally believe it was because i was in mid Q when vi knocked me up that might cause the Q to stop working but i don't know how it also effected my ULT.
