Loading into game

I along with some other friends I have played league with have been experiencing an issue loading into game. It shows everyone in the load screen at 100% but then does not take you into the game. There is no lag, no connection issues that could be causing it. Just randomly happens. I've lost a ton of LP and many low prio games later, I've gotten tired of the same thing happening to me. What can I do to resolve this issue? Is it a known issue?

Edit: After reading through the board on report a bug, I do see some posts about this same issue.

I am having the same issue, are you on a Mac? Also do you get the issue when getting into a game, it takes 2 clicks of the mouse to do anything and the keyboard not working correctly?
