Mystery gifted skins not working

Skin that were mystery gifted are not working, they seem to be not purchased yet. I don't know why or how to fix it but it's happening.

i got the popup of mystery gift (dunno what it was I think from riot) but i dunno what or where it is!! i looked in my gift history nothing there. etc.

same here, i got an empty mystery gift. how do we redeem another one?

This isn't really like the other stories everything i've ever been mystery gifted from friends has gone and isn't working, it's probably around 50$ unfortunately.
