[CLIENT] Froze

This is the third time the client froze upon entering the new champion select.

The occurrence was similar to the previous 2, where the client froze :-

• without clicking on anything

• when selecting summoner spells

This third time, since it just happened a few seconds ago, I'll log whatever I saw:-

match found > clicked yes > got my role and also first pick> somebody sent a text in chat (could see the chat)> click on client window > client froze

Observations:-

• lists of champions didn't pop up

• countdown to pick champions got stuck at "16"
• I could see all my team members' names. They had not picked anyone yet (or the client got stuck before they do)
• windows task manager states lolclient.exe as "not responding"
• internet was working fine. no spike no disconnection.
• cannot click on anything else and nothing happens e.g. friend list, chat rooms, notification, windows minimise button "_", windows close button "X" i.e. client in statis for dayzzz

Since its a ranked game, I've lost another amount of LP due to the bug, and some queue dodge penalty.

Something to consider: sometimes, there are instances where the other players did not select their pick and bans. It may or may not be an intentional dodge. Others could actually be in this situation as well.
