bugged?

I was just playing a ranked game as trundle top and I was against an enemy Fiora once it hit late game when I tried to 1v1 her i'd use my w ult combo and my attack speed was being reduced a ton she didn't have a randuin or frozen heart to slow it either please check and fix this bug or let me know if anyone else has experienced something similar.
