After Loading in game Keys (Q, W, E, R, G, V, etc.) Don't Work. About 1 in every 3 games for me I have to reconnect and hope the bug is resolved. I can still press ENTER and type with (Q,W,E,R,G,V, etc.) But can't use abilities, lock screen, and ping. Reconnecting/fully closing league only sometimes resolves the issue and I am always late to lane/jungle if reconnecting once doesn't resolve the issue. This bug has also happened to my friends and they have to reconnect too.

I'm having this same issue. I posted about this before and a Riot employee said to first fully close LoL then go into League of Legends / Config on my computer and delete game.cfg and PersistedSetting.json . While this used to work it stopped working today, I joined a custom after, where I had no issues.
