Remember when Riot fixed things and tried to not break them again? That was so long ago

I can phase through champions with me e as hecarim and it will neither do damage nor force them back. I think this is a pathing bug because I was able to phase through minions just by walking. Something to do with bad algorithms? I have near perfect ping constantly for the midwest and I run at 120 frames per second. This is clearly a bug with pathing.
