Compatibility issues With DX's and GPU's

While everyone's concern about the main game, my issue is dx11 and 295gtx compatibility issue. Please fix, even with a a8-6500 issue. I never had issues with my gtx 9800 but since it burned down im stuck with the 285gtx. Before everyone comments about my how my system sux and old, not everyone can afford to buy a new rig, i know im not the only one who has this issue.

On the a8-6500 apu game crashes, sometimes it stuck on the loading screen when the A8-6500 does the invites. On gtx 285 game crashes, and the nvidia driver also crash.

Yes, ive tried the solutions online except going back down to dx9, we're in the world of dx11. When windows has taken the world with a free windows 10 it will all be dx12.
