LoL Warding skin bug

I went to change my warding skin and the loading symbol took over my screen. It was my turn to ban in ranked but i was unable to select anything as the loading symbol was taking over my screen. Due to the issue i had to dodge the game and lost LP as a result. Plz Fix Riot
