the remake failed to work

my friends and i were in a game i was udyr and my friends were ori and jhin we loaded in and the thresh said "sorry guys gtg remake" we tried to remake but was saying remake is only available when 1 or more players were dced he was dced and still wouldnt let us it was a ranked game and i was in my promos so i fear this will place me somewhere i dont belong cause of the lost can you please reply to me as fast as you can thank you @riot
