New Champion Select Glitch

This started yesterday,

I will start a game and randomly the new champ select will refuse to update. Everything appears to be functioning but the clock runs down and get stuck at 0 when people are banning or picking champions. In fact it was happening to everyone in my party randomly (different IP addresses as well). Basically you get stuck and cannot select or see updates during the ban/pick phase. I just lost nearly 30 points in my ranked league and got a 30 minute lockout because of it. This needs to be addressed asap considering this impacts que times for all players by forcing a player to dodge against their will as well as impacting the player who it happens to with loss of ranked points and forced lockouts. In the past 24 hours this has happened twice to myself and once for each of my ranked buddies (total of 4).

I am using an internet server that gets up to 25,000 kilobytes / 25 megabytes a second download speeds so I doubt that is the problem.
