Pyke is crashing my games, needs to be looked at ASAP!!!

To put it simply, every time Pyke gets on my screen, my entire game freezes in one spot and the screen is literally shaking. Anyone else having this problem?

I had a Pyke on my team playing Legend of the Poro King and all I could do was AFK in the base because he was on my team lol, then the same thing happened in ranked...

EDIT: I even tried playing him in custom games, I can't even load the map lol and I already reinstalled the whole game and initiated full repair

EDIT 2: It looks like the option "Character Inking" is bugged, when ON everything is fine, when OFF some certain champions freeze your screen when you look at them so far:
