Ranked not appearing

So I just logged on to play a ranked match but I don't have the option, I do not see any notification saying ranked is down atm so I was curious if anyone else is having this issue and/or knows what's going on.

You should have a notif. It's weird you don't, especially here on the site even. Anyways, preparation for patch 6.9 is happening right now, so Ranked is down. Soon enough the servers will be down too actually.

The client gives a HUGE hint by saying..

PATCH NOTES 6.9!!!
