Chat overlay bugged had to dodge because I couldn't click the button to lock my pick

As it says in the title, the chat overlay froze and I couldn't close it.

I entered a lobby with chat open, closed it. Someone in my friend list deleted me and it popped back up and froze like that. I think this is what caused it.

Now, Riot, please fix your client. It's horrible, full of bugs and has been like this for over a year, pretty much since you released this client. If you have money to pay artists and designers to make new skins surely you got money to pay developers to fix the client.

On a side note, I am in my placements and I don't know if this dodge will count as a loss.
